Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products
At Label Aviraj, we strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Before accepting delivery: Kindly inspect the products and compare them to the invoice before accepting the package. If you notice any damage to the packaging or any discrepancies, please leave a remark with the logistics service provider/courier while accepting the delivery.

If you receive a defective or wrong product: Please contact us at labelaviraj@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects or the issue with the product.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect product (i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email).
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets these criteria, please contact our customer care team at labelaviraj@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return (include images if the product is defective or incorrect).
Our Quality Check team will assess the issue and confirm the necessary next steps. Returns must be received within 10 days from the date you were contacted by our customer service team. The product must be unused, unworn, and the original tags must be intact.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
We cannot process refunds if the following occurs:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
- There are 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier service.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
Colors
While we make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, please note that the actual colors may vary depending on your device’s screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will exactly match the color of the product.
Store Credit / Refund

Store Credit: Following a quality check, a refund will be issued as Store Credit to your Label Aviraj account. You can use this credit on your next purchase. Store Credit will only be issued after we have received and validated the returned product.

Bank Refund: If you choose a refund instead of Store Credit, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and validate the returned product.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed beyond 24 hours, we are unable to entertain any cancellation requests.
- Label Aviraj reserves the right to cancel any order if it has not been approved or processed, and a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Accessories including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.
- Custom-made and made-to-order products.
- Orders placed using Store Credit.
- Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouses.
- Altered products as per specifications or measurements provided by you.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions.
- Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Return and Cancellation Policy for Ready-to-Ship Orders
- India: Ready-to-ship orders within India are eligible for return within 2 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
- International: Ready-to-ship orders from outside India are not eligible for return.
- Cancellation of Ready-to-Ship Orders: Cancellation requests for ready-to-ship orders will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Gift Cards
- Validity: Once issued, Label Aviraj Gift Cards are valid for a lifetime.
- Redemption: Gift Cards can be redeemed on all products from Label Aviraj and our retail stores.
- Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Usage: If your order amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout. COD is not accepted for balance payment.
- Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Label Aviraj is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use.
- Terms and Conditions: Label Aviraj reserves the right to cancel or reject any Gift Card if we suspect it has been misused. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions except free delivery offers.
- Disputes: The Gift Card is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
